Welcome to drinkraddy.com. By accessing or purchasing from our site you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of drinkraddy.com and any purchases made through our store. Raddy, a brand of Little Rad Things LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on drinkraddy.com. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or older and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Typographical errors in pricing do not obligate us to honor an incorrect price. Product descriptions and ingredient lists are as accurate as possible but may be subject to change based on manufacturer updates or regulatory requirements.

4. Preorders

By placing a preorder:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method at the time of purchase
  • You acknowledge that estimated ship dates are provided in good faith and subject to change
  • You will receive email notification of any significant changes to your estimated ship date
  • You may cancel for a full refund at any time before your order ships by contacting hey@drinkraddy.com with your order number

5. Subscriptions

By enrolling in a subscription:

  • You authorize Raddy to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the rate displayed at checkout
  • Your first order will be charged at the introductory rate. All subsequent orders will be charged at the standard subscription rate disclosed at purchase
  • We will send a reminder email before your subscription renews each month
  • You may cancel at any time by logging into your account at drinkraddy.com or by contacting hey@drinkraddy.com
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next billing date
  • If we change subscription pricing we will notify you at least 30 days before the change takes effect

6. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover through Shopify Payments. Payment is due at the time of order. We do not store your full payment card details. We are not responsible for any fees your bank or card issuer may apply.

7. Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders. Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. Risk of loss and title passes to you upon our delivery of items to the carrier.

8. Resale Prohibition

Products purchased from Raddy are for personal use only. Resale, redistribution, or listing of Raddy products on any third-party platform — including Amazon or eBay — without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited. Raddy reserves the right to pursue legal remedies against unauthorized resellers.

9. Medical Disclaimer

RADDY PRODUCTS ARE DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS INTENDED TO SUPPORT HYDRATION. THEY ARE NOT INTENDED TO DIAGNOSE, TREAT, CURE, OR PREVENT ANY DISEASE OR MEDICAL CONDITION. THESE STATEMENTS HAVE NOT BEEN EVALUATED BY THE FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION.


ALWAYS CONSULT YOUR CHILD'S PEDIATRICIAN BEFORE USE, ESPECIALLY IF YOUR CHILD HAS ANY UNDERLYING HEALTH CONDITION, ALLERGY, OR SENSITIVITY. IF YOUR CHILD IS EXPERIENCING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY.


10. Intellectual Property

All content on drinkraddy.com including text, graphics, logos, images, product names, and taglines is the property of Little Rad Things LLC and is protected by applicable US and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose, submit false or misleading information, interfere with our platform, or scrape data from our site.

12. Product Reviews

If you post a review you grant Raddy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business. Reviews must be based on genuine first-hand experience. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are false, misleading, or abusive.

13. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.


14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RADDY AND LITTLE RAD THINGS LLC AND THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS OR WEBSITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY DOLLARS ($50) IF NO PAYMENT WAS MADE.


15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Raddy, Little Rad Things LLC, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of our site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

16. Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us first at hey@drinkraddy.com to resolve any dispute informally. For disputes that cannot be resolved informally, you agree to binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in North Carolina or by telephone. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against Raddy or Little Rad Things LLC.

You have 30 days from first agreeing to these Terms to opt out of the arbitration provision by emailing hey@drinkraddy.com with your name, email address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Subject to the arbitration provision above, any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Raddy / Little Rad Things LLC with respect to your use of our site and services.
