Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Raddy ("we," "us," or "our"), a brand of Little Rad Things LLC, collects, uses, and protects the personal information you provide when you visit drinkraddy.com, join our waitlist, or make a purchase.

By using our site or providing us with your information you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy and consent to our collection and use of your information as described here. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

  • Identifiers: name, email address, phone number, username, account password
  • Contact and billing information: mailing address, shipping address
  • Payment information: processed securely through Shopify Payments, we never store your full card number
  • Order and commercial information: purchase history, subscription preferences, marketing preferences
  • Device and browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time and date of visit
  • Communications: emails or messages you send us

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Process and fulfill your orders and preorders
  • Manage your subscription including billing and renewal
  • Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and account notifications
  • Send marketing emails and promotions you have opted into

3. Email Marketing

When you join our waitlist or make a purchase you may receive marketing emails about Raddy products, launches, and promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email or by emailing hey@drinkraddy.com. We use Omnisend to manage our email communications. Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not affect transactional emails such as order confirmations and shipping updates.

4. SMS and Text Messaging

If you opt into SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages about orders, launches, and promotions at the mobile number you provide. Standard message and data rates may apply. To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. For help reply HELP or email hey@drinkraddy.com.

5. Cookies and Tracking

Our site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to remember your cart and preferences, understand how visitors use our site via analytics tools including Google Analytics, measure marketing effectiveness, and serve relevant ads on platforms including Meta. 6. Targeted Advertising

We use Meta Pixel and similar tools to show you relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram based on your browsing behavior on our site. You can manage your ad preferences through your Facebook or Instagram account settings.

7. Who We Share Your Information With

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only with trusted service providers including: Shopify (store platform), Omnisend (email and SMS), PirateShip / USPS (shipping), Shopify Payments / Stripe (payment processing), Meta (advertising), and Google Analytics (analytics). Each provider is contractually required to protect your information and may only use it to provide services on our behalf.

We may also disclose your information when required by law, to protect our rights or prevent fraud, or in connection with a business transfer.

8. A Note About Children

Raddy products are designed for use by children, but our website and marketing are directed exclusively at parents and caregivers aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact us immediately at hey@drinkraddy.com and we will delete it promptly in compliance with COPPA.

9. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However no method of internet transmission is 100% secure. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We will notify you promptly of any breach that creates a real risk of significant harm to you.

10. How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to maintain your account, fulfill orders and subscriptions, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and support our business operations. When no longer needed we will securely delete or anonymize it.

11. Your Rights
